Elaine,
I couldn't find your email address so I decided to respond on your blog. I hope you get this. Kai is enjoying his Malone but we still don't have the recipe down pat. I'm praying that we get it right soon because he started kindergarten last week. I'd love to know what recipe is working for Ren.

Yes, Ash talks about China all the time. Mostly he talks about things he did that I KNOW aren't true. He talks about how he went motorcycle riding, scuba diving and swimming and how he ate at several American restaurants. I'm sure there are others, but those are the things that come to mind right now. Ash is a total handful and a complete momma's boy. Although that's sweet, it sure does drive me crazy sometimes!

I loved seeing your pictures. Take care.
